Mining Program: CGminer 3.7.7 bNeoscrypt
Mining Pools: coinotron and wemineftc
GPU Core Clock: 900MHz
GPU Memory Clock: 5.500MHz
Thread Concurrency: un known
Average KH/S: from 20 to 100
Rest of miner settings: I-10 any higher and system crashers
Problem: All I get are HW errors and no accepts

Are you sure your mem clock is correct? Do you get the same settings with stock clock settings?

just looked in the AMD Catalyst Control Center the memory clock is 1250MHz and can bee turned up to 1575MHz. When is was putting this up was looking at the specs on a wed site. This is what my miner is showing now

I found this in a different topic and it has fixed the problem.
Find in the extracted folder from the 13.xx drivers following files
amd_opencl32.dll
amdocl.dll
copy them in your cgminer-neoscrypt folder
delete all *.bin files
Start cgminer with 14.xx drivers
bin will be generated from 13.xx dll files
Just need to start to get my KH/s up now have had it at over a 100KH/S before but was Just having the HW problem so going to try again
