@bittylicious What version do you run?

Always update binaries at main page

we are working hard to archive that

@Wellenreiter For what it’s worth, we were on 0.8.7. Usually someone from the Feathercoin team gets in touch with us when there’s an upgrade we need but we weren’t notified this time, and 0.9.3 doesn’t compile properly (although we’re working around this).
-
I’m sorry, but the team was caught by that situation unprepared.
The status is:
0.8.7.3 is working fine and should compile without problems
0.9.3 compiles with --with-incompatible-bdb --with-gui=no --enable-tests=no for the daemon and --with-incompatible-bdb --with-gui=qt5 --enable-tests=no for the gui.
0.9.5 should compile with --with-incompatible-bdb --enable-tests=no -
It’s one of the responsibilities that Bushstar was taking on, and the forum handled when there were more active members, to get information about new official versions publicised.
Although Lizhi and Ghostlander are doing most of the development, it’s been difficult to communicate which are the “test/proposed” versions of Feathercoin.
For quality control Wellenreiter is controlling changes in Github and he has final say on which version is released. This means we can co-ordinate releases, with pools and exchanges in mind…

Also it is open source, and everybody can develop his/her on client, or modify the code of an existing client to cause problems with the block chain.
