Android wallets facing synchronisation problems

We got some remarks, that the Android Wallet doesn’t synchronize anymore and is hanging about 2-3 weeks behind the current date (4-28-2016)
The problems was caused by one of our DNS seed nodes hanging and not responding as expected.
The problem should be fixed now.
If an Android wallet still does not fully synchronize with the block chain, users should go to the settings menu and select ‘Reset Block Chain’
This will trigger the wallet to process play back the full block chain and the wallet will fully synchronize.Please be aware, that this process will take a long time
It can be up to 2 - 3 days, depending on the bandwidth available.
