Zero balance

Hello, I have a little problem. After sync I have zero balance on my wallet. But explorer shows that I have coins on that adress.
What’s that problem and what should I doing.

Which wallet ? The desktop QT wallet or the Fe athercoin android wallet ?

@acidd new Desktop x64 wallet. I am trying rescan it now. Late did I sync it from file…

Please as a rule back up your wallet.dat and private keys.
Do the rescan and let us know how you get on.
Do you see your coins in the block explorer? Fsight.chain.tips ?

@acidd I always back up it. But when I trying to copy private adress, it shows that I don’t have it. And it’s for all adresses into my wallet. What does it mean? Thanks.
P. S. Sorry, wallet was lock :D Now I back up my wallet and syncing it.
