FTC coin over 4~5 days still havent receive!!!

I got withdraw my FTC coins in 25/11 and 26/11 from crytopia to bittrex wallet but still havent receive yet :(
Before this crytopia support give me a reason: wallet under maintainance and the FTC devs released an update which caused a fork. After maintainance I still havent receive yet…I try to bought some ftc to withdraw today and sucess withdraw already

BUT where is my FTC coins in early??? still havent receive :( I need hlp

I’ve got similar problems, they (Cryptopia) know there was an issue.

All you can do is check your exchange history, copy it if necessary, look up the addresses you used on the Feathercoin explorer, and document them.

Once you check everything, if there is still a problem, raised a ticket with Cryptopia saying you appear to be effected by the FTC issue, and would they investigate it for you.

If there isn’t a problem, raise a ticket and thank Crytopia for dealing with the Feathercoin issue with the minimum inconvenience to it’s users. You hope they will continue listing Feathercoin.

Solved. user got coins back after Cryptopia updated their wallet.
