neoscrypt vers lyra2v2

Hello I am new to mining but just wanted to share that I found a pool that uses lyra2v2 algo instead of neoscrypt and with a gtx 970 I get 21mh/s with lyra2v2 and with neoscrypt I get 500-600 kh/s. The lyra2v2 pool is

Hello and welcome to the forums.
I dunno what you’re doing or what that pool owner is doing but Feathercoin runs NeoScrypt and NeoScrypt only so there’s no way you can mine lyra2v2 and get Feathercoins.
I think it’s a mistake with the pool owner not specifying the right instructions for feathercoin

Very strange because using the same pool with algo neoscrypt also works getting a lot of yes!

You are probably mining vertcoin. You can’t just use a different algo to mine the same coin. The pool owner just made a mistake there.

@tobi97l yeah I decided to leave the pool because I was the only one there. I am back on AcidD’s pool because its free and probably more stable.
