First mining but where can I see the collected pieces?
-
Hi y’all :D
Been fiddling with this for some days now but I can’t figure some stuff out.
First the Android App: ‘Feathercoin Wallet 2’ don’t seem to see what I collect with the key I got from there, so I tried: ‘Coinomi’ but the same there.
The last couple of days I’ve been using ‘ccminer’ but where can I see the bits and pieces that I mining?
I’m not talking about cashing out cos I can’t have mined that much yet.
In ‘MinerGate’ you can see the ‘unconfirmed balance’ with 12 decimals and it’s that kinda of thing I mean, just so I know that I’m doing it all correctly.

And just know the first transaction showed up in the client, lol, typical, just as I’m finishing this post.
Ah well. Thanks for reading, if you do :P

One thing though, isn’t there like a refresh so I can check it from time to time or do I have to restart it or wait for a certain amount of time or a certain time of day?

If you are mining in a pool the pool get’s your mined coins. You have to request your coins from the pool if you want to store them in your own wallet. Which i higly suggest by the way.
The pool probably has an option called wallet or something like that where you can see how many coins you have.

Thx for the answer, one thing about your suggestion for me to request them into my wallet.
In the Feathercoin Core - Wallet I can see this:
These lines are confirmed as the mouse-over tells me.and:
This for me is to get payed, like in real money or do you mean that this is the request to my own wallet?
If so the text is kinda misleading. -
You are mining on a p2pool so everything is fine. When you are mining on a p2pool you get your payment to your wallet directly.
Centralized pools like miningpoolhub use a different system. They get the blockreward and use online wallets where you get your payments. But that doesn’t matter in your case because you are not using a centralized pool which is a good thing.
And no this tab is not for payouts in fiat money. Only exchanges can give you fiat money for ftc. I never used this but i think it’s just what it says. You can request ftc from other ftc users. Like sending a bill to a customer.

I had same issue with Android app Feathercoin Wallet 2, but when requested to get coins from the pool, app started working for me finally. Thanks for posting those replies all!
