Coin totals going down on the Yiip site vs my wallet

I noticed that the # of total earn coins keeps going down. My wallet says one thing the other says different. I have had it shut down for over a day and the number keeps dropping. There is now over 1000 coin difference. Is something wrong ?!

First of all welcome to the forum here.As this forum is Feathercoin centered I can’t tell much about XVG, but normally your wallet should show the right balance, while the web site may be wrong.
If there is an explorer for XVG available, check your wallet balance there.
Additionally, most wallets can be started with a parameter ‘–rescan’ or similar, what causes the wallet to read the whole block chain again and check for payments to your addresses. This should fix any differences the wallet has with the block chain.
Last but not least, does your wallet have just one address, or did you receive payments to a second address your wallet may have?
