unconfirmed transaction missing

I have an unconfirmed transaction from a month ago trying to send to bitrex… wallet explorer shows full balance…wallet shows minus the send to bitrex?..anyway to fix this? or is it lost.

Your question is hard to answer with out some additional information.

Can you provide the version of your wallet and the operating system you are using?

first, check your wallet on https://fsight.chain.tips - you should see your real balance still there.

Once you’ve confirmed your balance…
1 - back up your private keys
2 - back up your wallet.dat
3 - verify your backups
4 - uninstall Feathercoin-qt 0.9.6.2
5 - install Feathercoin 0.16

you are on an old version, please treat Feathercoin like cash…if you value it, you’ll update your wallet software :-)

Ha yes! Although technically if he does an uninstall and install new version it should pick up his old/current wallet.dat - I’ve tested this multiple times on windows and it works well.

the backing up was a “just in case something goes wrong”
