Update: Went into my account at CoinMKT today and traded 1btc for ltc, it was almost instant, then I withdrew my ltc and that also went through very fast. Much happy, it looks as though these guys are getting through some growing pains.

Like you I too am impressed with the growing community as some have already started helping newer member that are joining after themselves :) - so thank you all new members that have picked up a spade 8)

We can all help further Feathercoin just by talking about it to people we know or asking our favourite shops on line and off if they have heard of crypto currencies and taking it from there, its always great to members taking the initiative like ChekaZ who talked about Feathercoin to a German winery and now they take Feathercoin as a payment option, also one of our newer members SkullandHeadphones just paid for his rent with Feathercoins :D

We do have a few members here from the Nethrelands so you’re not alone and you’re always with like minded people here on the forum.

A few of visited Amsterdam early Nov for a Bitcoin Conference that we were invited to but then it was cancelled, however we came anyway and met some really nice people and with Pikapay and Chrisj from our forums held a mini conference at Knowmads Business School. It was a great week of meeting lots of Bitcoiners :)

Are you solo mining? If so you really should get yourself onto a pool for mining.

I am thinking, when it is in green, that means there are more Buyorders than Sellorders? And red/brown means that there are more FTC for sale than people are looking to buy. Is this correct?

Did your wallet client re-sync with the blockchain network? Let us know if it wasn’t just slow internet and you tried restarting the wallet? Which operating system do you have?. Which version of feathercoin-qt is installed, there have been some obligatory upgrades if you have downloaded the wallet a while ago.

It is impossible to diagnose the problem with the limited amount of information given.

If you want to try something else -reindex as a parameter to feathercoin-qt, if all else fails, look up how to delete the Block database files and re download them.

I’ve seen on the Bitcoin and Litecoin forum as well that installs can occasionally stall. I think this is fixed in our latest Feathercoin 0.8.5 Beta3 release. We are just getting ready to package RC1 now. So you could try upgrading to that, it is very stable.
